Hello and welcome to my blog! You might remember me as The Runner Wife, or you may have just found yourself reading my blog by luck. And what good luck, indeed, especially for me! So, again, welcome.
The abridged version of me, myself, my history, etc. goes a little something like this:
I’m currently completing the Massage Therapy program at the Swedish Institute in New York, NY and working part time as a therapist in a world-renowned chiropractic and sports rehabilitation office. When I’m not taking Pathology and Assessment midterms, I’m assisting doctors with supplemental patient care and rehabilitation. And when I’m away from both work and school, you can find me taking exercise and yoga classes, running in Central Park with my dog, or watching movies and sharing a good bottle of wine with my loving husband.
Why write a blog? Because I found massage therapy by accident, as I imagine is the case for most of the population. And in my past life, I thought I was going to be a writer. For real, I’ve got a undergraduate and masters degree to prove it! So now I’m combining these two paths to bring awareness about massage therapy, health, fitness and, most importantly, the search for happiness to you!
I hope you’ll visit again soon!
Best in health,
